Completed registration form needs to be received by October 5th for guaranteed shirt. Please contact us if you need a registration form to print. Your Buddy Walk Registration includes t-shirt, admission to carnival themed event, ice cream, inflatables, awareness walk led by our King and Queen at 3 p.m.
